ROAD CO. UK LIMITED / COMPANY NUMBER 16903248
Effective and last updated: 19 July 2026 · Website: www.roadco.uk · App: app.roadco.uk
1. Operator
ROAD is operated by ROAD CO. UK LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 16903248. Registered office: 51 Nelson Road, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, England, NR31 6AT. Company status and registered office are recorded at Companies House.
2. Primary contact
Use this address for ordinary support, account access, MARK questions, legal notices and general correspondence. Include the relevant account email, MARK, ROAD or public URL only where needed. ROAD may verify identity before discussing account-specific information.
3. Content and safety reports
Signed-in members should use the in-app report control where available. Any person—including someone without a ROAD account or a person affected by content—can email contact@roadco.uk with subject “ROAD content report”. Include the public URL or MARK, what is wrong, who may be at risk, and whether the matter is urgent. Do not resend illegal imagery.
Full routes and expectations are in Reporting & Safety. This is not an emergency channel.
4. Privacy and data rights
For access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, erasure or account deletion, use the app’s Settings controls or follow Data Rights & Account Deletion. Email contact@roadco.uk with subject “Data rights request”.
5. Data-protection complaints
Email contact@roadco.uk with subject “Data protection complaint”. ROAD will acknowledge a data-protection complaint within 30 days, investigate appropriately, keep the complainant informed and provide an outcome without undue delay. A complaint and a rights request are handled as separate legal processes even if sent together.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
6. Account deletion
Signed-in members can use Settings → Account deletion. No reason is required. ROAD emails an ownership-confirmation link, schedules deletion seven days after confirmation and permits revocation during that period. If the in-app route is unavailable, email contact@roadco.uk with subject “Account deletion request”.
7. Marketing opt-out
Use the unsubscribe link in the email, the app’s marketing setting, or email contact@roadco.uk with subject “Unsubscribe”. A simple unsubscribe must not require login. Service messages about an account, security, moderation, deletion or rights request can still be sent where necessary.
8. Security reports
Email contact@roadco.uk with subject “Security report” with enough detail for safe review. Do not access, copy, alter, delete, exfiltrate or disclose data that is not yours, and do not disrupt ROAD while investigating.
9. Not an emergency service
ROAD is not an emergency, crisis, medical, safeguarding or legal-advice service. If someone is in immediate danger or requires urgent help, call 999 or the appropriate local emergency number. Report child sexual abuse material through the appropriate law-enforcement or specialist reporting route as well as notifying ROAD; do not download or forward the imagery.
