Use this address for account access, MARK questions, app support, privacy enquiries, data-rights requests, deletion requests, security concerns, legal notices, marketing opt-out requests, and general correspondence.
We may ask you to verify your identity before disclosing, changing, deleting, or discussing account-specific information, MARK records, filings, or other personal data.
4. Privacy, data rights, and deletion
For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, restriction requests, objection requests, or other data-rights enquiries, contact contact@roadco.uk.
The way ROAD handles personal data is explained in the Privacy Notice. Account deletion and data-rights requests may also be available through the ROAD app settings where applicable.
Because ROAD is a record-first system, some limited records may be retained, restricted, anonymised, or preserved where legally required or necessary to maintain a defensible integrity record. Requests are assessed in line with the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
5. Marketing opt-out
If you have agreed to receive ROAD marketing emails and want to stop receiving them, contact contact@roadco.uk and include the word unsubscribe.
Marketing opt-out requests do not stop necessary service emails about your account, MARK, security, filings, deletion requests, data-rights requests, legal notices, or other essential service matters.
Before ROAD sends marketing campaigns at scale, marketing emails should include a clear unsubscribe instruction or unsubscribe link.
6. Legal notices
Good-faith legal notices relating to ROAD, the website, the app, intellectual property, user content, privacy, or compliance should be sent to contact@roadco.uk.
Formal correspondence may be recorded and retained where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to a request, preserve an audit trail, or maintain the integrity of the system record.
Contacting ROAD does not create an obligation to create an account, issue a MARK, provide advice, enter into a contract, or respond within a particular timeframe unless required by law.
7. Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue, vulnerability, data exposure, or unauthorised access risk, contact contact@roadco.uk with enough detail for us to review the matter safely.
Do not access, copy, alter, delete, exfiltrate, or disclose data that does not belong to you. Do not disrupt the service while testing or reporting an issue.
8. Not an emergency channel
ROAD is not an emergency service, crisis service, medical service, legal advice service, or regulated professional advice service.
If you are in immediate danger, need urgent help, or require medical, mental health, safeguarding, legal, or emergency support, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional in your location.
9. Social channels
Public social channels may be used for announcements and general ROAD updates. They are not a substitute for formal contact, privacy requests, legal notices, account support, or security reports.
10. Policies
Use of ROAD is governed by the Terms of Use. Data processing is described in the Privacy Notice.
